Directed experience in early care and education settings for children 0-5. Screening, assessing, designing and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, supporting children with social-emotional and behavioral needs. The course is required in both fall and spring semesters. May be repeated with new content. Formerly numbered as CFD 697.
Course requirements
Prerequisites: Admission to the Early Childhood Transdisciplinary Education and Mental Health (EC-TEaMH) certificate program. Concurrent placement in an approved early care and education site.
