Theory and practice of cognitive modifiability, knowledge construction; role of culture and second language acquisition in cognitive development; and mediated learning strategies. Identify and assess modifiable cognitive functions; administer and interpret multiple assessment tools; learn mediated learning interventions, report to parent and teacher.
