Electrostatic and magnetostatic field theory using vector notation; Coulomb?s Law, Gauss? Law and potential theory. Solutions to Poisson?s and Laplace?s equations; capacitance and inductance.
Course requirements
Prerequisites: E E 210, COMPE 160, PHYS 196 all with a grade of C (2.0) or better, have an overall cumulative GPA of 2.7, and MATH 252 and E E 200 with a grade of C- (1.7) or better in each course.
