SDSU ECL 240 — Intro to Children's Literature
Introduction to the philosophical, critical, cultural, and political dimensions and implications of literature for children in different historical and cultural contexts. To include study of the issues, themes, and ideas that children's texts engage.
Course requirements
Prerequisites: A grade of C (2.0) or better in ECL 100 [or POL S 100 or RWS 100], or AFRAS 120 or AMIND 120 or CCS 111B or LING 100B or RWS 105B. Proof of completion of prerequisite(s) required: Copy of transcript.
