Field of Study: Law and Public Policy Substantive principles of American constitutional law. Civil rights and liberties protected by the Constitution against government action. May include discussion of freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, as well as defendants' rights and protection from discrimination. Satisfies graduation requirement in United States Constitution.
