Broad-based survey of content areas in industrial (selection, job analysis, job performance, individual differences assessment, training) and organizational (work attitudes, stress and well-being, motivation, teams, leadership, diversity/fairness) psychology. Underlying psychological principles that influence human behavior in the workplace. Not open to students with credit in PSY 420 or PSY 421
