SDSU PSY 621 — Seminar in Industrial Psych
Survey course applying psychological principles and research methods of investigation to industrial psychology issues. Topics may include job analysis, job performance appraisal/management, selection/recruitment, and training/development. Legal, ethical, and fairness issues of implementing personnel systems are also considered.

Prerequisites: Graduate standing in the MS Applied Psychology Program or instructor permission.
