SDSU PSY 721 — Adv Sem in Industrial Psych

Advanced selected topics course applying psychological principles and research methods of investigation to industrial psychology issues. Topics may include individual differences assessment, selection, and training. Legal, ethical, and fairness issues of implementing and adjusting personnel systems are also considered.
