Teaching of Spanish as a second language: contemporary theory and methods. Emphasizes training in teaching techniques to develop students' presentational, interpersonal, and interpretative skills. Formerly numbered as SPAN 561. Taught in English and Spanish. No credit will be given for lower division courses taken after successfully completing any upper division Spanish courses.
